What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

  1. We offer shipping within the United States, with a focus on delivery within Florida. We utilize reliable shipping carriers to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your orders.

  2. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

    • Within Florida: 2-4 business days

    • Outside Florida: 3-7 business days

Order Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that order processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. The shipping cost options will be available during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and (if applicable a tracking number). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. If you encounter any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist you in resolving the matter to the best of our abilities.

Do YOu Accept returns?

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may be eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

    • The request for a return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

    • The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    The following items are not eligible for return unless they are determined to be damaged or defective from the manufacturer:

    • Modified Parts/Goods

    • Used Items

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through email at (Magnetikproscooters@gmail.com). Provide the order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item from the manufacturer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
